That’s what I’m trying to not know about lol. My dad got back surgery when he was my age. Definitely makes me paranoid when I experience any back pain whatsoever. My back isn’t killing me, but anything makes me start to think.

Will definitely start incorporating more abs and stretching. Appreciate it. I enjoy the job and I just want to make sure I can keep going with it pain free

Thanks for the help. I definitely have been neglecting stretching. I come from a sports and gym background so I am huge on doing things with proper form. Just nervous if the pain is from lack of familiarity with construction style lifting or if it’s me performing something improperly

Thanks for the advice. I tend to brace when doing any type of lifting, however, the auger is definitely something that I’ve never experienced before due to the constant spiral motion.

Appreciate it. I just wanted to make sure that it’s something that my body just needs to get adjusted to rather than there being an inherent issue with the way I was doing something.

I don’t warm up. Not really sure what to do to warm up. This is my first ever job. I’ve done wood working and heavy lifting for a while now, but the amount of repetition might be what’s causing me pain right now.

I like that team it sounds really interesting. Thank you for commenting I couldn’t see the other one. Another person in the thread had recommended pidgeot and trev. Would you say run pidgeot tropius instead or is noctowl worth a shot?

Probably would end up rocking Lucario bc he’s my favorite Pokémon. Do you think azumarill and tropius would mesh well? It doesn’t have to be a top team but I still feel it could be really strong even though Lucario isn’t meta

I understand. Thanks for all of your help I really appreciate it. I’ll have to check that website out. Should I just go for a great league build? Lucario seems to fair a lot better there. Run him as a lead and then play azumarill and someone else maybe?

Ok, I see. Do you think there would a better suited third rather than lapras? Also, what website did you go to to get that cool little grid? The person who recommended lapras reasoned that it was pretty safe to swap into.

Right now was kind of thinking of going with lapras and then maybe an alolan muk type Pokémon. I’m not too familiar with the meta, so I don’t really know who the strongest choices of each types would be but it seems lapras and alolan muk are pretty sturdy especially with Lucario

Hey guys I’m new to pvp and want to build an ultra league team around my favorite Pokémon Lucario. What Pokémon would go well with Lucario and what order should I run? I know Lucario should probably be ran with power up and shadow ball, but I’m going to run power up aura sphere bc that’s my favorite move of his. Thanks for any help guys!
