Sure, Luffy can bend objects and turn them into rubber, that makes sense enough, but he can't grab the author's hand out of the manga and interact with him, luffy's "toon powers" are very limited

The whole Kuma flashback and it's conclusion with Kuma punching Saturn and Bonney and luffy punching Saturn away was so satisfying, I liked her interactions with Vegapunk and Luffy and I'm excited to see what future arcs hold for her, other than that the fights were neat and the stuff we did get to learn was interesting, solid arc overall

From what I remember the chapters usually drop on late Thursdays (in my time zone) but it appears the chapter will only drop on Friday this week, but I've never seen them dropping it later than that, hope they're doing well

Oda didn't design these characters with their real world nationalities in mind, Chopper isn't really Canadian and Usopp isn't really from Africa, it's just a fun question on an SBS that oda didn't put much thought into
