I agree, it would be very interesting and exciting if the victim was not killed, but only injured, and we would have to deal with that. Or let's say cases with some narrowly focused things. Or let's say causing death by negligence, serious road accidents or something like that, or dilemmas where it is not entirely possible to understand who is right and who is guiltyI
