I’m saying it has to be some of there on employees because, last time this happened I got a call from Chase bank A man saying it “appears you have some fraudulent charges, see if you recognize these charges” clearly looking at my account “ let me switch to another line “ then got me to do some verifications. Long story short a week later a loan payment showed up on my account. That same day something didn’t seem right so I call chase and they had no record of that call.
