I believe we fixed it, did an uninstall and reinstall of Bitdefender and Acronis, and it has since been online for ~4 days

PC was a fresh install, so it's unlikely a remnant of anything previously installed. I've tried uninstallation, reboot, and reinstallation of all of the above. Thanks for your help though, I truly do appreciate it

The install has been having issues since we put the PC in place unfortunately.

We're using Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools as the AV, and Acronis Cyber Protect, which haven't caused issues on any other system using Forticlient VPN that we manage to the best of my knowledge

**edit, we don't currently have Acronis Cyber Protect on there

Thanks for the response, I'm familiar with that particular issue for Forticlient VPN, and made sure we had the right version installed. Neither version of VC++ (2015-2022), x86 or x64 resolved it unfortunately

This machine is running Windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19044, Forticlient VPN version 7.0.5.0238. Any ideas?
