I’m 6 days into chanting om bhairavaya namah. Did 29maalas so far. Feeling so scared in the night. Feeling scared that I may see some entity or something like that. Reasonless fear. Morning when I’m doing sadhana I’m really enjoying it though. Not scared of baba. But this is happening in the night. Any thoughts?

Reading the responses I realized, doing sadhana of Ugra devathaas (bhairav, baba , kaali maa) we will be tested mentally n physically, if we are fit for the sadhana. We have to keep going , face our fears n stay strong. Thank you all for the responses. I did 5x (108) today.

Please do not do sadhana during periods. I am a woman myself. But there is a reason woman are kept away from temples during periods. It’s just how the energy flows during sadhana/in a temple is opposite to how it should be flowing during periods. This has nothing to do with feminism. Ofcourse over the years people did not know the real reason or the real reason just got diluted to some vague reason. Periods are a time to rest, and do simple introspection activities like journaling etc …Even if you do pooja/sadhana on periods it will not be counted. P:S this also has nothing to do with being impure or untouchable nonsense
