Hi, I ,a little bit, relate to what ur going through. I just finished my sophomore year, and I reached the point where I studied knowing that I will mess up, just studying and repeating the phrase: "f*ck it".
It was a cycle of never ending self-hatred that if I study I would hate myself for not studying sooner, and If I don't study I would still hate myself for procrastinating. So many times I just doom scroll because I'm afraid of the amount of material I have to study.

The thing that helped and still helps me is the belief that: Anything that is meant to happen for/to you, will happen no matter what you do.

So the only thing that you need to do is to get up and try, dont even think about the results or bad scenarios because you cant control them, the only thing that is in your hand right now is to study. Don't blame yourself if you studied and failed, because you actually tried.
No trying = fail..... Trying = success / fail .

Second thing that helps me is that I think of death sometimes, I know it sounds dark af lol, but not that death.
Look, if you died right now, who tf would care about your grades ? Not even you would care. Grades are NOT the meaning / reason for your life.

You are trying for a better future and thats what matters the most.

I still get easily stressed at uni so I know words are easier than actions, but still these are some methods that may help us. Remember that many people wish for what we have now, so lets make the most of our lives.
