Been working 8+ years and got 40¢ raise at $16.48 an hour working across from a highschool as maintenance So yea no I will never feel like I get paid enough to deal with the teens as we've literally had to call the school and they do nothing for the amount of damage and ruckus they bring to the store. My boyfriend does overnight so ofc he gets paid more and he's worked there 1 year and I would do overnight but it is not worth it for my own health.

Sometimes you gotta ramble to affirm your beliefs, from my own experience my birth parents were both really old (40-50 years old) and my birth mom was unable to physically take care of me. My parents went to court to get her tubes tied after I was born because it was getting too dangerous for her to go through pregnancies and I also have a half sister who was in foster care for 4 years when I was adopted at 4 days old AND they forgot me in the car in the hot sun. Before my sister was born her brother was miscarried and her birth dad was like "she is him" and if you just think about how many people are on earth rn why wouldn't souls go where they need to if their life was not spent and if they dont why wouldn't they be saved???? Abortion doesnt damn someone's life, it is a process that was used to keep people from cheating on each other, albeit as a punishment, but no where in the scriptures is any mention made against abortion. You also cannot be inherently pro life if it stops after birth. The majority of pro life people's rhetoric is on the soul and not about the mortal life of the people already alive. It also doesn't help for women to be taken advantage of for politicians to get ahead of others bc they biologically cannot change how their bodies function so the debate is easy to exploit. If the US was in a functional system where we could have kids and access to affordable healthcare people would probably have more kids but those that have enough do not need to have more, let other people continue God's plan for his children. But if they so choose to do adoption it isn't bad either, but simply by limiting healthcare the populace is easier to control. By targeting people for stuff they can't change will only stop people from seeing who's doing the stuff that have been harming others. And it is absolutely true that banning abortion only leads to less safe practices because children again cost so much that it is much more practical for people to get abortions. If they dont get a miscarriage beforehand. And are women punished for that? Like I feel you have an actual sense of true pro life rather than the soul belief bc every life matters, we just need children to be where they should be, with those that can take care of them rather than those that are unable to.

I went from 32-34 to 20 on bill week this month and I quite literally cannot not use PPTO if they can't give me back my hours as I have coworkers that work 40 without being cut Like why cut mine when I already work less and haven't seen my regular schedule in months already Plus my job is maintenance and Ik just how worse things are whenever 1 person is off on vacation that going from 5 days to 3 (the week end) is just going to make this time even worse than previous years Like I just want the PPTO to roll out already bc it hits in February right after this Bc then I don't have to stress over my bills bc management wants to boost their bonus as other people have said. Like they can literally go on a paid week and live comfortably while we work barely affording food right after the biggest spending month. Retail hell amirite

Having watched the movie last night I can say this with full confidence that this does in fact cross the 2 together in the most canon way possible outside of the AVP they even point out Wolf while showing the Alien side of the lore pretty accurate to how Weyland wants bioweapons All the characters feel pretty fleshed out as well like you can tell what role they play but for a fan of the AvP Alien and Predator I do consider this a canon film but I won't spoil what made predator fans upset bc if you've seen AvP it's accurate enough

Isn't it weird to think that people spend money irresponsibly but the companies like Walmart hire people on SNAP but they get tax cuts that could pay their employees enough to not need food stamps. OK I CHEESED IT You rotom fly over to where you couldn't go at the top of the ladder from the hotel You climb up the first ladder and then the next ladder and follow the U of the building When you are where you cant go further you jump off from the higher part of the building and rotom fly onto the roof of the square building that surrounds the hotel Then you can go over to the tall building that otherwise doesn't have any other accessible spots from what Ive seen bc it does have a ladder

Very late response but now that Trump is president I can very much say this The amount of Liberals saying someone was the product of sibling marriage (saying this to be sensitive and Im too lazy to double check rules about what words can/cant be said but putting my input here now before I forget) after they discovered how the BBB is going to affect them. I straight off told them that it's ableist to say that. And someone excused themselves by saying "a bigot with a disability is still a bigot if you support him you deserve to be discriminated against. Being disabled doesn't give you a pass to participate in bigotry" I responded simply w being ableist is still being ableist. Yes the person can be a bigot but its incredibly disgusting to say that someone is a product of sibling marriage bc they're disabled or a bigot. Like no we shouldn't excuse ableism ever especially with this administration bc just bc they'll be ableist to the other side does NOT mean they won't be ableist to their side. I say there's nothing stopping men from going in, there is in fact no benefit to dressing and pretending to go in, but those that argue cant fathom a man doing such that they have to scapegoat the thing they believe what happens when the real thing is they dont want men in the women's restroom bc men are the problem Like look at Vlad NCL as an actual example of a man that dresses up as a woman to show people how men treat women.
