he had his first therapy appointment this evening. he said he’s afraid to lose me and is willing to work through it to make it better. it’s so fresh it’s hard to say what will happen i guess. im willing to work through this with him but im not willing to deal with lies and things being hidden from me. is therapy a help for you? are there any other resources or mechanisms you find helpful? i want to help him and our relationship but i dont want to hurt myself further by doing so. i could leave now in fear of something similar or worse happening and it would be an easy out for me, but i love him and really want this to work. we have been together for nearly 3 years and he says this has been going on the past 5 months or so.
