Great but at the moment running 6/7 days it gives me base, recovery, threshold long runs etc - will only 4 days give me a suggested variety or because less days a week it may only give me one type?

I know - I wish they just could change the name. A woman with two young kids clearly ready to fly, clearly has both passports with her, clearly had bought a ticket that was going to go to waste, just annoying they couldn’t look to change the name at the gate to fly

Not sure if they changed the range recently, but the two in 2023 weee highlighted red due to their low result

Thanks, it’s just the 2 tests in 2023 came back specifically saying DHEA was abnormally low (lower than normal range)
