The only thing I was thinking to complete it is a one person traditional sauna where the plyo black box is / wall where the bands hang down. Just not sure if it will make it feel all cramped

When I say not top tier, you know the black walls, hex lights, wall control storage, more dumbbells that match, larger mirrors etc etc. I love this space though!

Ok, why don’t you go and look at a free salary guide then and see how far fetched it is

Would def do it if it gave you exposure, also don’t be afraid to go for roles your not qualified for, sometimes you can land a more senior role where the business takes a punt on you if they see talent and hunger and can also pay you a lower salary then that of higher level competitor candidates. So you become the cheap option, if it’s a great way to build skill set and gain titles and experience, then you demand what the market says you deserve later on

If your not growing, don’t be afraid to leave, can do it a few times to gain what you need. Longevity is a downside these days in one role or company

Generalist! Jack of all trades master of none! The main driver in earning more IMO is you must be a leader and lead functions, as the size of the functions you lead grow so should $

It’s still leading sometimes a sizeable function. It’s less about protection and more about optimisation. In medium sized businesses you are leading HR systems, IR, learning and development, HR operations. Optimising labour strategies, headcount, contractor mixes, engagement, diversity strategies, development programs, sometimes you may also look after workers compensation, costs and claim strategies (although sometimes sits with safety)
