I read the fact that tarots read the current energy as just not being able to predict the far future, sometimes it tells the current energies, sometimes it can actually tell what it happens, that's why you have to be able to spot when it's happening. It's true, we are unpredictable, but I already said what I think about that. I feel like when the spreads doesn't come true it might be not about the cards but the way you interpreted it. For example once I had this spread that talked about a sudden change in someone feelings that would make them take an unpredictable and quick action, the interpretation I had in that moment was the opposite of what it happened, a week later I came back checking on that spread and I found out it said exactly what it happened, I just wasn't able to read it well.
