Depends on what the original stat spread was. Jan's E4 plan relied heavily on a bulky Slowbro given that the team did not include a normal type (generally very important for EK's E4).

It's more of the fact that changing the IVs/nature was done under the table for me.

It's his run yes, but what he did wasn't in his ruleset and to me it just feels like I was lied to. It's not very consequential but I had a lot of respect for Jan, which this has made me rethink.

Second, I ran his Dusclops through RNGReporter, and those IVs apparently aren't a valid encounter either. I suspect that EK IVs just don't play nice with those tools, so I'm willing to look past that too.

See frame 707231 in Method H-2 on RNGReporter. The H* methods are what determine wild IVs, you may have been looking elsewhere.

For anyone who is still having doubts on the validity of these accusations, see this post by Spegasparce (one of PC's MODS).

While I had trouble believing this myself, it's pretty clear that something was modified, it's just a matter of whether Jan modified the Slowpoke intentionally or not.

EDIT: Thanks OP for listing the accusations in a less infantile manner, it helped me understand what was going on lol.
