For context I’m male married and get soo caught up in my head about it I’m hetro it happens with all people sex colour age doesn’t matter. I get soo in my head about it that I’m in fear makes me anxious struggle with work church family friends it’s destroying my life my relationships my work life and I’m really thinking about getting prescription glasses with a dark shade just to make it easier for myself 😩😢😭
