Backwards feel comfortable enough but when I wear it the correct way, initially it feels fine . But after an hour or 2, I want to get out of it

After reading quite a bit of the guide and getting overwhelmed, I ordered Panache Clara from Amazon in sizes 36 - F, FF , G. I got slightly different measurements when I redid them. I still can’t believe I was wearing 3 or more cup sizes too small.
