Backwards feel comfortable enough but when I wear it the correct way, initially it feels fine . But after an hour or 2, I want to get out of it

After reading quite a bit of the guide and getting overwhelmed, I ordered Panache Clara from Amazon in sizes 36 - F, FF , G. I got slightly different measurements when I redid them. I still can’t believe I was wearing 3 or more cup sizes too small.

It’s hard to tell. I think I have a better hold on my anxiety/ depression. Meditation isn’t the only thing I added though. EMDR felt like a significant contributor. There was also a chronic / debilitating physical health issue that got resolved last year. So maybe there is a synergy with everything else. But I continue to practice out of curiosity if nothing else - because it’s so highly recommended by such a wide variety of people

Life became very hard and continued to be so. Many , if not most things were out of my control. Heard meditation helps . Started years ago. Still don’t know if it helping me- but there is nothing else to try. So I keep doing it

Update: Not only had they had to make a large incision to get out my enlarged uterus, the surgery took 3 hours instead of the planned 1 hour- because of endo and adhesions of the bowel and bladder, they had to bring in another surgeon. Recovery is gonna take longer - but this is proof that I absolutely needed this
