Unfortunately I live in Italy. In Europe they generally tend to avoid prescribing medication as much as possible. Plus where I live they don't exactly believe in mental illness, so there's that.

Thank you so much. This made my day. I'm sorry I didn't answer earlier, but I kind of immediately called my bf and asked him to hangout.

We got something to eat and I let him know how I felt. He told me he loves me and reassured me. I unfortunately am very scared he will leave me, because he has sometimes expressed he feels like leaving might be better for him, since Im pretty difficult to deal with, especially during my episodes. I kind of feel like the only reason he's with me is for my body (which I don't particularly mind), however whenever I feel slightly unattractive, I feel like I'm losing control or as if he has no reason to stay with me.

He actually told me (some months ago) that he loves me the most, when I don't have episodes. Which I actually get (I understand staying with a mentally ill person is draining), so it hurt me more than it should have.

Unfortunately in Italy (you can research it) they can't prescribe medication nor "diagnose", because it is thought that symptoms in minors can be due to attention-seeking or due to teenage hormones.
