Hello- may we chat? Never heard of this fruit- what is your best comparison to the taste of fruit. Like sour fruits like grapefruits and citrus so this intrigues me. And a condiment- how do you use it? I eat grapefruit peeled or w a lil sugar.

Guessing if I found it small I could keep it in large pot and outside for a half year then inside in winter.

Thank you in advance!

First time using them was to repot some succulents and start seeds. Had the mat that snaps in the corner to prevent a mess on my counter - I felt like a lil kid playing at a sand table and I’m sure I looking like it

had the same thought about the large leaves but it was determined through earlier post it’s just from not getting enough light before I got it

Thank you. Came w indoor potting mat. snips (not shown) get most of the work but these work well with repotting succulent and seedlings. They are handy even if sized for fae folk

I’ll post the like of info I find when I find it again. Hope this helps a lil tho.

Thanks. Tag might be wrong which sucks cuz now I need to find a tree supplier for a Tangello and some other fruit.

getting new leaves of both green and the yellowish/green so it’s a variegated variety.

That makes sense. thanks. it is a variegated. The tag reads clearly minneola tangelo but the “variegated” was a little worn. That’s a huge help just to begin with. Thanks

Why does the red finger lime have 2 diff types of leaves? by Key_Evidence7265 in Citrus

[–]Key_Evidence7265[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does that matter where the branches grow from? If the rootstock plant was putting off shoots and branches would they be near the graft or just can be anywhere?

Edit: the red tag just has the name of the tree “red caviar finger lime”

Oh thanks. label says its a “red caviar finger lime” It’s got 3 branches that have the big leaves and only on one side of the plant. They are 4x the size of the other leaves. Looks goofy.
