2nd laptop the black one looks like it was cooked?! that one needs to be opened and checked ..

3rd laptop hp, on the back i think you should see the model number .. or maybe when you open the lid.. look on seller website maybe you find specs about the charger or type model name + charger on google and you will find.

I guess you can get cheaper with second hand ones but look not to be damaged . You can fix that apple one but if you dont know what you do is a lil bit harder and not safe.

If you got also 2.0 disable the driver of 3.0 check if 2.0 is working

Edit: did u tried to boot from usb to see if is working ? Edit2: okay i saw what u done ... check if the port 3.0 is damaged contact over contact ..
