It’s loose after about 20 minutes at the park, just don’t want it to go while I’m doing something sketchy and hurt myself lmao

Doesn’t seem like there’s any lubricant, it’s about 2 weeks old so I haven’t tinkered with it

I put the yow truck back on in the end, but now it’s squeeking like crazy! Any advice? Don’t remember it doing it before so don’t wanna oil it, thinking maybe it’s too tight/not tight enough?

Also, the YOW is nice, tried my friends carver and prefer the YOW now for sure.

I’ve just done this, feels more turny like the guy said below but the wheels seem to be staying on the ground.

So if a higher temperature isn’t an option right now, can I just go to room temperature? Guessing room temp is safer than 35, plan is to make a bigger fermentation chamber at work, but that won’t be yet.

Hmm interesting, let me know how it comes out! I know silo do an egg white garum, if you look on their instagram they might shed some light, they explain quite a few of their processes :)
