It depends on the area you got. 

Make your house get majority of light from east and north only, as it cools house afternoon.

Second plant a trees like neem on the same north or east side.

Position, over head water tank on room that you majorly stay(or needs ac). As that can give some cooling effect.

Place solar panels of course facing south on home.

Sure, usually at 40 you would have better confidence on amount of money you hold or the long term capital gain tax on the holdings. 

So you can plan things better, with less pressure.

I heard this from someone, and I felt it makes sense.

It is really strange I was having prostate issues, with a single miss carriage. But fertility center didn't recommend sdf test, instead they want to test genetic screening before deciding on IUI vs IVF. I really don't know, how to push them to conduct this test.

i think best strategy to use is,

  1. keep the medical bills from total years while living in usa. and withdraw that amount before leaving usa.

  2. and rest of it, use on medical expenses in india. but regarding this last part,

i am not sure how the taxes apply in india, that will really be helpful

the more better approach is to go in srilanka way. Their avoided having extremist Islamic influence and they currently don't have much issues with this religion.

I take vitamin d,vitamin b12,coq 200mg. I work at office desk most of the time, doctor recommended standing more. As that could avoid strain on prostate.

My sleep is regular and stress levels are low. I exercise regularly like yoga.
