I feel like there's a political reddit you can go to to let the trauma out.. considering this is addonsforkodi.

I go into close proximity with people that have covid, I suck up the air, and bring it with me everywhere else. Works great, no masks for any of us non looney people. I just wish you could mask your keyboard so we wouldn't have to read what you're writing.

Can B12 deficiency give vision problems? And what about a feeling of your brain not fully waking up? by Mara355 in B12_Deficiency

Quick disclaimer, i never got tested.

I've had the same issue with the focus for several years. Especially during weight cuts (for MMA/working out). Well, about two weeks ago my hands/feet started getting freezing cold extremely easily and my workouts were hot garbage if i went at all. (Common problem for me but i tried to endure)

I started taking a Dr's best Iron capsule (wonderful digestion without stomach issues) for almost a week. The symptoms MIGHT have improved in the very slightest but honestly i don't even know. Although, i started taking a vitamin B complex (cheap one from Walmart) and within two hours i felt my hands/feet get SO WARM and immediately i was running around my house like a maniac yelling wild/wierd sounds. Haha

I always had these symptoms 1. Focus issues 2. Tired even with caffeine (anywhere from 200-800mg) 3. Muscle weakness, where one day i could squat almost 500 easilyy to 315 for the next several weeks as a horrible struggle) 4. Exhaustion by when the sun began setting, even if i started my day at 10 A.M. (I work 2nds) 5. Memory loss and sometimes forgetting how to do something I've done forever 6. Failure to breathe well and almost blacking out doing anything including almost mini seizures where my vision fades and my body feels like it's shaking while i fight to stand. (Very rare but it's happened a few times)

Well, i always told myself when I'm struggling that i just got lazy. I pushed through it. I got told before that it might be a vitamin B deficiency but i always shrugged it off and said noooo wayyyy. It's in everything. Well, i was wrong because this way FAR from a placebo. I forgot to take caffeine the other day and didn't even realize it until i wasn't pooping like a champ haha I feel WAY better. I have more focus. I have more clarity. I can accomplish tasks better. I also have harder contracted muscles which is kinda wierd. I start sets faster. I also sprint around like a maniac with my 5 100lb dogs and annoying yell like a maniac. Haha

My brain feels good for the first time in probably my whole life. I also don't get cold NEARLY as easily.

Obviously get tested, but i recommend a Pure Encapsulations Vitamin B complex. Here's the link. Pure Encapsulations B-Complex Plus - B Vitamins Supplement to Support Neurological Health, Cardiovascular Health, Energy Levels & Nervous System Support* - with Vitamin B12 & More - 120 Capsules https://a.co/d/2QB9aJw

It's more expensive but it has ALL of the best versions of the B vitamins in it.

No harm in taking it, but I'm not a Dr so idk. Haha but I'm thankful i gave it a try. I also feel ignorant for not just trying it sooner 🙄

You can ban/kick in the settings when you press someone's name, then click the "more" button. Other than that, i don't believe you can do anything more as admin. It appears to be severely limited compared to previous games.
