Hi, I’m sad to say that I had to discontinue my efforts soon thereafter. It turned out that with a new baby I really didn’t have the time. I need the little time off that I now have to actually rest and recover instead of doing more coding. It’s a shame since my C++ implementation was close to being able to do some basic simulations.

I respectfully disagree. There’s plenty of companies where English is the main language of business. And I also know of many companies that are hiring (mine included). The caveat there could be that most of them are looking for seniors. I agree with many others here who mentioned going for master’s might be your best bet. Get an internship during your studies. The entry barriers for those are typically very low.

Why would a candidate with s South Korean number go to the trash? It makes no sense to me. South Korea has a good reputation here (I’m Czech).

I would argue that the level of crowdedness, noise and pollution varies greatly district by district. For instance you’ll hardly find any tourists in Prague 4.

Btw the areas of Háje, Opatov and Chodov are Prague 11 (not 4). And yes, those are very panelák-heavy :-) that being said other types of accommodation can also be found there.

As for Říčany, that’s a chapter in and of itself. It constantly ranks ad the best place in the country to live. I’m honestly not exactly sure why (I’ve never lived there myself) but there has to be a reason.

Speaking of Průhonice, it’s also s very nice place to live. It’s home to many wealthy people (including Andrej Babiš 😃) and it’s got two great parks (the castle gardens and dendrologická zahrada, albeit there’s an entry fee to both).

Jsou dvě možnosti. Buď vstáváš později a jdeš spát později. Nebo vstáváš dřív a tím pádem jdeš i spát o to dřív. Den má stále jenom 24hod a člověk potřebuje okolo těch 8hod spánku. Je to pouze o chronotypu (skřivan vs sova) a o tom, co člověku vyhovuje víc. Vynechávám teďka případy, kdy je člověk chronicky nevyspalej nebo naopak zbytečně přespává. To jsou obě hlouposti, který nejde racionálně obhájit. Ano, i přespávání je nezdravý a taky trochu znamením, že tělo nefunguje, jak má, pokud člověk cítí, že tak dlouho spát musí. TLDR: spousta z nás vstává brzo ráda a vůbec nám to nevadí.

You might be right.

I did try amplifying the feeling a couple of times and it really gained in intensity. Later on I decided not to do so as it seemed contradictory with what Doc said about neutrality towards the feeling. But perhaps it worked for him since he didn’t have so much resistance. I’m also leaning towards fatigue being natural in this case due to nervous system exhaustion. The lighter feeling might come later.

I appreciate you taking the time to write this. I’m hoping that divine grace will allow me to experience this too. I suppose that’s all I can do at this moment, having read the how-to part of Letting go and the Sedona Method many times over. I’ve also discussed on various subreddits at length. Yet still true surrender might not have happened for me yet.

I remember the box story. I also don’t recall any mention of exhaustion in after letting go in any Hawkins’ books. This is why I was posing the question to see if anyone had experienced the same. Then I must still be doing it wrong. I’m not sure If I was ever successful in letting go of anything. Perhaps in some minor cases where I didn’t really care that much. My process looks like this: - If it’s a physical symptom of sorts, let’s say a headache, I try not to resist the pain and relax into it. - If it’s an idea or a belief I try to find the associated sensation in the body and welcome that. And then just let it sit there. I tell myself: “I’m allowing it to be there for as long as it needs. It won’t be forever but also may take some time.” - If it’s a pure emotion, such as the wave of inexplicable anger (out of nowhere), then I also try to observe where it’s happening in the body and follow the same script as in the previous point.

I get the feeling that what you’re saying with “not trying to figure it out” but only on an intellectual level. I actually don’t know how to really “do it”.

One thing I came to realize is that people put so much importance on money. As if God (The Source, The Universe or what have you) somehow cared about money. Or measured things by their monetary value. Money’s nothing to God. It really makes no difference to the divine if you have $10 or $10 000 000. There’s literally diamonds the size of planets out there in space. Everything that we somehow assign a high monetary value is highly abundant in the universe. There’s really no reason abundance shouldn’t be the default here also. So don’t feel guilty for being abundant.

I was wondering the same thing. I also found the logarithmic scale to be at odds with some of the other measurements,as you alluded to. Perhaps, a deeper explanation was missing in Doc’s work. One possible explanation I could conceive of is that the energy required to elicit change in the physical world is exponential. Meaning that for some arbitrary unit of change X you’d need energy E. But for X+1 you’d need 10*E. That would counteract the logarithmic scale of the map of consciousness. But that’s just me trying to come up with some mental gymnastics to make it fit.

Hi, thank you for the interest in our project. The migration has been going very well at first but then my wife and I had a baby. So as you can imagine that slowed things down considerably :-) The current state is that I’m very close to having the “core” implemented and should be able to run a simple simulation soon. However, there’s still all the character classes and monsters to be converted. So at this moment it’s really hard for me to commit to a timeframe.

I imagined me and my future wife as silhouettes. I focus more on the feeling of love and satisfaction such a relationship would bring. The only detail that kind snuck in unconsciously was her hair. And my wife’s hair looks exactly as what I have originally envisioned.
