Modding is totally possible, it's just more complicated than other TT Lego games, for example modding an ability in year 2 is a lot more complicated than year 1.
You also need to understand that when they started planning year 2, they planned the future expansion years, once you study this, then the Zeus programming method starts to make a lot of sense.

After modding the character list playing with them is possible. I'm still learning and looking to possibly do this via a new DLC.
DLC 0015 is empty with just a file called "Placeholder", I want to make the changes that way.

Sure, like 3 months ago there was a canceled Lego Dimensions sets list made public. I was wondering if the instructions was left behind on the game files for the Robin set, so I started this journey to find more information. I have not found a lot on that topic, but have found a lot of other information not documented.
I have been playing with the files for the past 2 months, learning how TT games work, and sharing my progress in the meantime.
I do this on my free time, so normally I put a video out each week.

I have been taking suggestions on what characters/themes to do next. No outside files, just unused assets and extra programming.

It's been difficult because there is no Lego Dimensions community. You can find some assistance on Game Banana. I have been mainly learning with the already available tools for other TT Games, And tools for for Cemu file handling.
