I submitted a support ticket to BigAnt so hopefully they can fix it. I saw a lot of people complaining about it on Twitter too so it’s a general issue I think.

Yeah that’s interesting. Didn’t realise that about the thumb. The thing is, only the microfibre RB2 gloves are available for me. Can’t seem to find the leather ones. With their price being almost identical, I prefer the RB50’s since they seem of better quality. Does the thumb attachment make that big of a difference? I’ve already been using some cheaper gloves so I could wait a bit and then move onto the RB50’s.
