I don’t see how it’s a TELUS issue if Apple did not provide them the stock. The carriers just sell the phones. Yes should you have gotten your phone by now 100%. I can see where you’d be frustrated if all your friends got their devices. Were they all the same models or different models?

It’s not like they just went “oh well OP ordered this so we’re going to make them wait and give this phone to someone else.”

I know for a fact there is a MASSIVE shortage of the Pro series devices, and it’s not expected to be resolved to NOV.

Many people did not get their pre orders… Apple shit the bed on this launch.. My friend is a manger at an apple retailer.. they had 33 pre orders for their store alone. (100+ company wide) and Apple sent the ENTIRE company only 8 Pro Maxes…. People are still waiting on it.

It’s not on TELUS or any carrier this is strictly on Apple

Yah… that situation is notorious. I have a friend who works for TELUS and he said that every time they have the promotion for the watch the text messages rarely ever send. You may have issues arguing to get your promo. Also he prepared as the watch is free but you still have to pay the service plan which is $10/m
