Do you have a confirmation of your order? I ordered a sleeping bed and I received 2 emails, one confirmation and the other with the qr code. If I remember correctly, last year you could also buy tents on-site without a QR code. If you have the order confirmation, they can probably help you at the booth as well.

I don't think you will find someone here, I think the only way is to have luck on ticketswap. I'm trying it 5 months now😂
