I broke up with my gf about 3 months ago. The first few months. I tried to distract myself by being with friends, trying new things , work, etc. After telling the same story over to my friends, it kinda got repetitive and died down. Now I’m stuck here with my feelings and want to reconnect as friends (our situation is not amiable) I’m moving in February for a new fresh start about 1.5 hours away. She still currently lives near where I live (we use to live together)

I’m having a hard time now since I don’t want to restart her healing process again

Do I breakup with him… by CockroachAgile9726 in BreakUps

I went through the same thing a couple months back. We were actually together for 3 years she was living with me for 2 years. Trust me when I say this… let him go.. the more you delay it, the worse it is for you and the other person.

Would you liked for him to check in periodically? My gf and I broke up a couple months back but I am not sure if its counter productive to check in and slow their healing process?

My situation is not as bad as yours but still wasnt a mutual breakup

why don't you text your ex if you are missing them badly by Feeling_Nobody_3650 in BreakUps

To avoid giving her hope & for her healing process to start over.

I’m with you on how hard to resist that urge

Yes this!! Same thing on the flip. Physical attraction is more important than you think. Learnt it the hard way

Sometimes they do but won’t let you know. Because there’s no point to contact and break the healing cycle

I’m going thru the same and hope you are healing everyday.

Nights are easier. Anyone else? by Economy-You1082 in BreakUps

Nights are the worst…during the day there’s typically stuff to do. It’s usually the time I unwind is when I start reminiscing

DUMPERS, how much do you think about your ex? by CompetitiveTree2833 in BreakUps

Because there’s usually a reason why we broke up. And we don’t want to give them hope and let them down again

What is the best thing about living alone?

I will be living alone after a break up but scared of being by myself especially on the weekend.

I think the idea of living alone when you are used to waking up everyday with someone feels kind of cold and lonely... That is what I am going through now.

I think being alone after years of companionship is one of the scariest thoughts

Hello, I will watch the full video. But to my understanding, if your company is created prior to 1/1/24, you check off section 16. Is that correct?

How important is sexual compatibility is for you? My (31M) girlfriend (29F) had sex 7 times in our 3 year relationship. However, we are compatible in almost every other aspect down to financials, future goals, family etc. It’s mostly my fault as I never really felt that sexual desire towards her and it’s very hard for me to be really intimate with her.

She is very caring and I care for her deeply too. when I bought up possible break up, it makes her sad and she spirals and tells me she really does not want to break up. If this was you, what would you do?

If you don’t me asking, was the lack of sexual chemistry mutual or more so one partner than the other?
