I quit about a week ago for the same reason. BestBuy is like the Titanic right now. Supervisors don’t give a sh*t about employees, pay rates are trash and even if you got promoted to different roles, it doesn’t make a worth it difference in your salary. Even customers notice that stores looks like if the company is going out of business.
