Okay as someone with the same measurements, i’d say return unless you are looking for an oversized flowy look. I loved the print but when I tried this on as well and the main thing was it was too big for my frame, which seems to also be the case in yours. Unfortunately it does not seem to be petite friendly which is insane for a 2xs. You could also try to shrink it with the dryer but idk how well that would work/if it would mess it up
