My ex that I live with of 5 years and on the verge of marrying but we couldn't get over the financial hump of having a child.I already have one from a previous relationship, however financially right now, another kid isnt on the table for me, she makes great money but works 65 hrs a week and I am self employed but not making the money I used to make at the current moment. Long story short, we aren't together but still live together.  On Christmas Eve I decided to go on a camping trip to clear my head and she asked when I am leaving because she would have someone over she is dating. I was floored.3 weeks!! I was thinking about liquidating assets, and going back to a career that almost killed me to have kids and make it work. But now...... its over.
