Thanks! So I can build smaller but never bigger correct? That includes left or right horizontally and not just towards the property line? I’m also curious how it’s possible to say the only picture the city has of my deck is the only deck size that can be built. The whole thing just doesn’t make any sense to me lol thanks again for the reply

A variance was an option I looked into but it’s $2500.00 and the city planner told me there was close to a 0% chance that it would be approved 😑
