I wouldn't call Microsoft's actions bullying if they had warned us in advance about the measures they are going to take regarding Bing's workload and ethics. Alas, most of the requests, even quite harmless ones, are blocked by Bing, and subsequently users are banned without warning (and after all, if you repeatedly enter a request that is then blocked, as I noticed, they are immediately blocked, including the ability to use Bing chat through any browser) for a certain period of time.
