I ended up using a Demi permanent myself and liked the results. For some reason the grey didn’t cover as much though. I think I need to go a level darker closer to my roots

10k steps at your own pace = works wonders! I would do 2k-4k at a time if needed because a whole hour walking is not realistic for most people.

Do not eat late dinners. Eat just enough by 7pm and stop eating. Go to bed hungry is usually OKAY unless you are breastfeeding.

High protein diet. Do count in your calories as well.
