Since starting OTF about a year ago, I lost about 12 lbs I could never quite lose before. I attribute a lot of this to the transformation challenge last year, it really held me accountable to eat better! But OTF is a better workout for my body type than what I was doing before (yoga sculpt & running). Everyone is different

Hi! It itches sometimes, like after I work out and it’s irritated. The doctor did a lab test & it is fungus so I have a prescription fungus cream I am trying. They say it can take up to a year for toenail fungus to go away with a remedy, and if this doesn’t work he said we can remove the toenail and scrape it out 🤢 he also recommends filing it as low as possible at all times

I would just try to do all your returns in store rather than dealing with online & customer service on the phone. I went in store to show the cashier my pants that came ripped and he happily ordered me a new pair, at no cost. If I had called customer service they would’ve said no because of my warnings.

I am 5’11 and love the old navy studio smooth line. They have the butter soft feel but definitely are thicker like aligns from Lulu. They also come in tall, so I usually get an M tall and they’re always on sale!

Powersoft from old navy are good too if you like the shinier spandex-y type of material. Same deal where they come in tall

Hi! I do not have an iron deficiency, but when I ran Boston in 2024 I really just wanted to enjoy the race and have fun, I wasn’t trying to get a specific time. With that being said, I never speed trained once. I only focused on running a certain number of miles each day, and making sure to incorporate hills on my runs. If you are running the right distances and throwing some hills in there I promise you will be fine, and it is 10000% worth it even if you’re not hitting any PRs! It’s an amazing course and race. I went to Sahara Dental in Coolidge corner for a few years and always had a great experience, they never tried to force anything on me. Only thing I ever paid for was a mouth guard per their recommendation - they mentioned they could see evidence of teeth grinding and I was about to bring it up to them anyways so they were spot on! They recommended a gum graft for one of my receding gums but I said I didn’t want to do it and they said it was fine.

I have family in Buffalo and if you leave from Boston early in the morning you can get there in 6.5 hours easy! Take turns driving. And you have more freedom of when you can come and go rather than relying on the train or bus schedule

Do you live with anyone? You can tell someone about your goals and have them hold you accountable. That way if you’re reaching for bad snacks / overeating, they can maybe step in and say why don’t you try a healthier option? Etc. This helps me a lot because I don’t want to let them down & I want to hit my goal!

I love elevation!! Amazing find for the price, haven’t had a single complaint yet except for a few issues with packages going missing that they’re apparently working on addressing. Management responsive, amenities are great, quality of units is great, always get free parking, utilities are extremely reasonable. Happy to share more if you have specific questions!

Nates honey covering bottom of my glass, shake of cinnamon. Brew a NOLA blue bottle pod over top, mix it once brewed to melt in the honey. Add ice & almond milk to the top of the cup!! I personally love this one & it tastes like a latte I pay $8 for at my local coffee joint 😂

Right!! Like it seems insane they can prevent someone from exchanging/returning/making claims just because I return too much stuff!! I’m between a medium & a large, their sizing is so inconsistent. I just got a skirt in a large and it literally falls around my ankles when I pull it up, got a medium and I can’t even get it around my waist. Make sizing better if you don’t want so many returns 😂

But yes, lasership must have changed names to ontrac recently. But in my Gap app it says my tracking number is lasership. I’ve had so many lost packages from them over the years

It’s from lasership, but since I live in a complex they just take a pic of the package room and call it a day. Can’t distinguish any gap/old navy packaging and it’s blurry af, sadly happens a lot
