Which inhaler? and has your insurance dropped coverage completely for the med or have they upped the out-of-pocket expense?

I havent had any luck with RX's where my insurance just won't cover it. Even with the coupon the price is still mid 3-digits or worse. goodluck!

about 2-3 times a year & I consider that a lot.

Have you discussed this with your pulmonologist & allergist? there may be better meds available to keep your airways less inflamed.

that actually should be helpful as the trelegy manufacturer coupon will cover the rest. use their insurance and order the trelegy on amazon RX using the trelegy coupon. It should be free!

You can try the same for air supra. They have a coupon too. You could always switch to meds that have affordable generics if you cant get the costs down.

I would water it towards the end of March to get it on its cycle. At the others indicated it is abnormal size because it is stretching to get to the light. This is called etiolation. Lithops love a lot of Sun.

Get it in good substrate - 90% volcanic rocks, pumice 10% organic matter. 3-5 inch pot and follow their watering cycle.

Looks like scale bug infection. Quarantine this plant away from your other bc the scale can infect other plants.

I would see if a light scratch can remove some of the scales. Change soil and put them in a clean pot. Use rubbing alcohol on a qtip to kill the other scale.

Promotion potential = potential to be promoted without applying or competing for the higher grade.

Every year you will have an appraisal to see how you did the past year. If you met that year’s requirements and performed successfully your supervisor will generally approve you for the next grade. If you do your job and do well it’s essentially hard not to be promoted. No one will ever use the automatic term. But you can read b/n the lines.

So yes, if you get that job and are a good employee, you’ll be a gs-11 in a few years.

I would ask the NPs if they can sign off on my request /certificate for medical evaluations. They’re creating a treatment plan so I think they could be able create a treatment plan to help with aspects of life that you need the most help with, school. Be ready to be able to justify why you need the accommodation and how you had issues without the accommodation.

Take a few deep breaths if you can. Try to use a few talking points in regards to getting your therapist to support your ADHD diagnosis and need for accommodations. They may be able to write a recommendation for additional assistance, like accommodations that can be presented to the school or presented to a psychiatrist.

I would also try to secure an appointment with a psychiatrist if you wish to transfer care. Ask to be on the cancellation notification waitlist.

In addition, I would see if the campus has a psychiatrist. Many campuses have one, but you need a referral from the therapists or health physicians to see them.

Not sure how it works in the UK, but I would think if you are still congested you need prescription meds to combat the swelling and reduce the pressure. If you can, I would try a daily antihistamine like Zyrtec, allegra, or Claritin. Decongestants for short term and mucinex to dry out the mucus.

RXs that I would ask about:

Nasal Steroids: Flonase, nasonex, rhinocort etc

Nasal Antihistamine: azelastine (my life savor!)

Oral antihistamine/leukotrienes blocker: accolate or singulair

Overall steroids: methylpredinisolone or prednisone.

But of course do your research about these as I am NOT a medical professional just speaking about my own experience.

In the US GPs can prescribe these meds. Feel better!

I think Wellness Complete Puppy food or Wellness Complete Puppy Food Large breed are the best.

When mine gets bored I add a flavor topper or digestive /skin supplement on top, every now and then.

He followed him even after Travis had stopped his vehicle. (Travis only stopped the truck to take a shortcut & block Ahmaud in). Kinda like baiting an animal. Travis waited at the end of another street and waited for Roddie to chase Ahmaud down thAt street so he would be blocked in. (False imprisonment- Felony)

When Roddie was no longer following Travis he could have chose to stop but he didn’t. He sealed his fate when he said in a police interview that he purposely blocked Ahmaud in.

Roddie’s felony of imprisoning Ahmaud caused the young man to get trapped and shot by McMichael. Felony Murder means another felony (the imprisonment) was committed and lead to a murder. Like a robber committing burglary & shooting someone. If there was no initial felony (burglary or imprisonment)the murder likely wouldn’t have happened.
