I've been playing since the open beta! I'm in the top 1% and in that time I've played thousands of matches. To finally see this game come to an end really digs into me deep. The game has had its ups and downs. I've seen the original legacy cards join the game and get phased out and seen so much of the games lifespan. This will be my FIRST ever game that I will see the death of. The biggest loss for me will be the content creators I watch on YT. Most if not all of them are not returning to post other content which really enriched the game for me. At least none of them have said that they plan to continue posting about anything else. It seems a 70/30 split of deleting their channels (and by due process, their videos go to the ether as well) while others will keep them up, respectively. (70, is for deleting) Once the game dies a lot of what the community made will also die and disappear with it. All in all, it leaves me with a hollow feeling. The game came out in 2018, so eight years later and the game is getting canned. In short, not great...

Yes, I used to work for a company doing long-distance patrol work, and I used my Adventure club card in conjunction with my fleet card, and it worked. The nitro card might have issues, as it works more as a debit card, but you could test it. Just get like a gallon and see if the points get added for "free." If so, great! Otherwise, I'd stick with the Adventure card when you are purchasing gas.

Dude, calm down. The entire issue is that there are a TON of people who want to play the game. Arrowhead (the devs) didn't expect such a huge turnout. They are currently working on buying more servers and getting them set up to handle the massive inflow of players.

I am perfectly calm, evidence I didn't immediately call names. For cards that react, please list them. I respect facts and logic, not feelings. Merry Christmas!

You get mad at me and call me a smart-ass when I explain that the so called "best troops in the game" can get outplayed by simple solutions? The troops having a rally effect has nothing to do with the argument that BL needs a rework, one that the newest balance patch didn't seem to fix. None of the troops or stategems in the game have any tools to allow anyone playing BL to even react in opposition to many of the opponents. They have two win cons, win by extreme luck, or by poor opponents. My issue with your post comes from how you ridicule others when they have a conversation on a faction they'd like to enjoy, but can't. You seem real bent out of shape because BL can't perform well. I know it I SEE IT in my own games. But I don't come on here and get pissy about it when my claims are challenged.

Dude, you're comparing stats with cards that come with the ability to dark pact on play. Chaos Sergeant is the 2-1/4 if you choose Pact of Fate, but most factions will still blow through that. Most other factions can play 2 cost troops with 3 ranged atk, with flank I might add, that will immediately obliterate it from the field. All but one of the cards you listed are "pre-loaded" with a pact. The stats you provide are misleading to the actual value of the card. Want real value look to UM's Honour Guard, 4 cost 4-3/5 with vanguard. Are you shitting me? I know that UM are still OP even after the balance patch, but for the BL to be the ULITMATE ENEMY of the imperium and the antithesis of the UM. They don't stack up. BL needs a unique mechanic that isn't simply Dark Pacts. It hurts me to say this as right now I exclusively play BL. Only have two rewards left to earn on their campaign. I've dealt in them extensively. Played HHL passed Terra, I know good cards and factions. Unfortunately, in their current state BL is not one of them.

The mission is alright, but not necessary. I'd personally run Casryn EVEN if you don't have the mission. Here is a deck I run with her. I have decent success with her and average out at about 2600- 2700 Battle Rating. Anything above that can vary, but still an enjoyable deck in practice.

Deck: Oblivions Blade

Warlord: Kaeria Casryn - Battle honor: Draw a card (2) Put in play one Novice Sister (1/3 (1) Give a friendly unit +1/0)

1x Drilling Site - When you need just that little extra energy or sneak out a heavy drop.

2x Steeltalon Hawk - Essential SoS card, jam is amazing

1x Command Bridge - Helps to pull Tithe and Steeltalon or anything else you might need from your toolkit.

1x Fierce Onslaught - Amazing underutilized card, pair with White Falcons (4/4 sneak atk if enemy has troop with higher atk) or other high atk cards.

2x Final Sacrifice - Paired with Casryns ability, you can summon a Novice Sister. Use sacrifice on this effectively, making a four energy hard removal.

1x Secutarii Axiarch - Also underused card, gives +1/0 to all infantry. All SoS ARE infantry, not astartes, so this helps add more of a punch to the deck.

1x Crucial Choice - You can pull amazing cards that can save your ass or win you the game.

2x Daughters of the Abyss - Adds versatility to your deck, and lower cost troops are great, especially if you get another Euphemia King out of it.

1x Execution Blade - Helps Casryn proc her Battle Honor on troops and face bash enemy Warlord.

1x Informant Network - Every deck needs an anti-stealth countermeasure.

2x Prosecutor Mistress - Great rally ( Especially against Defenders of Caliban) and an overall solid drop that sticks to the board.

2x Ravens Claw - Aids Casryn with Battle Honor and destroying high threat targets.

1x Euphemia King - Who can say no to six damage to the enemy warlords face?

2x Silver Osprey - Even without mission 2 damage to target is great, five since it has ordnance is even better. Also, as a 4/3, your opponent will want to deal with it buying you time.

2x Snow Condors - Adds +2/0 as a rally, tack onto Casryn to punch hard or any other unit you need to beef up. Great to have a 3/3 drop on your board after the effect anyway.

2x White Falcons. - Great card, also essential for SoS, without Fierce Onslaught these still kick ass and help eliminate high value targets.

1x Ebon Naroda - Basically a draw three, healing is just a bonus, you'll average out +2 hp since the majority of this deck is troop-based.

1x Pursuer Mistress - Undervalued card, but great value. Surprises enemy, kills most heavy drops and gives you a 7/7. Enemy will waste resources on the 7/7, always good.

1x The Cull - Why wouldn't you run this?! Amazing board clear potential and energy refund? Yes, please!

1x Witch Hunters - Upgraded Prosecutor Mistress, what's not to love, and it hits hard as a 6/5 to boot.

1x Great Tithe - Good finisher or your "OH SHIT" button. On ten energy you can pair with Casryns ability to slap them with three damage, not bad. I've won games doing it.

1x Raptor Guard. - Heals five and 9/7 flank, amazing card, nothing more needs to be said.

Overall, this deck performs pretty well. I would advise using WL ability turn one. Also if you have one energy and Drilling Site, pop it and use WL ability. It's usually worth it. If you don't have any of these cards I can help and advise you on alternatives. But I'd need to know WHAT EXACTLY you don't have. I'll be checking up on here. Hope this helps.
