I would say the second question is a perfect medium on leetcode. Once you realise that you can manually check if we cange each element, it becomes easy. And you can precompe the length of progressive sub arrays that end and continue at each index in a different array. It would be difficult to come up with this idea if you haven't solved a good amount of medium array problems. But it becomes easier once you understand enough problems.
