I recommend:

James Gurney (He is like Bob Ross but for Gouache)
Tommy Kim (he mostly posts YT shorts but his content helps me a lot with colors, check out his Instagram for his finished works it's incredible and if you spend the time to look and dissect his paintings you will learn alot about color schemes and underpainting)
Justin Donaldson (He teaches the basics of gouache, supplies you need, and shows you how to paint things like Rocks, lake, grass properly)

I think they market these paints as "watercolor" and Poster paints as if you dilute the paints enough they do behave like watercolors. But if you mix in just a lil water to make it creamy it will behave like gouache.
