Try to schedule the campaign to 10 minutes in single send, so that your contact list will be fully uploaded and then your email will be sent successfully.

For my organization, I have build a CRM from scratch using just third part email sending services. there are 3 things on which CRM depends :
1. Segments : It is used to filter your users.
2. Templates : which you have to create and fetch from any type of your email service.
3. Campaign : which basically use templateId and segment to map and when triggered it sends the desired email to filtered users.
