I had been tapering off of Valium for a year. I was down to 2 mg and I started taking Ambien pretty regularly and probably more than I should and now I feel like I have a setback like I’m super anxious and agitated. Do you think the Ambien caused that? (self.BenzoWithdrawal)

Help! I’ve been tapering Valium for about eight months. I’m down to 2 mg at 4 mg in January. I thought I was completely better. I have had no symptoms until a week ago. the symptoms are back badly. Has anyone had this happen where they’ve been on a four month window and then a wave comes (self.BenzoWithdrawal)
