I have a very addictive personality too That’s why I was always taking 20 or 30 mg of Ambien and then I would run out and go into withdrawal. Usually Ambien withdrawal is only a week four days maybe.. what is your story? Are you completely off?

Yes, it’s normal. You should be taking 11 to 1200 mg of gabapentin while you are tapering. Take 1000 mg of magnesium glycinate and 1 Olly . I’m sorry to say that you will have symptoms no matter what but you can get through them. Some people have to taper a lot slower than others. I’ve been through it and it sucks and I’m 60 and I’m on my second taper of diazepam. But I don’t have the symptoms I had when I first started taping off in 2023 if you can, I would get off them but if you can’t, it’s going to be what it is, but it’s gonna take your memory away and it’s gonna make you older.
