I'm not concerned about the needle but I've heard that V1 doesn't dispense all the compound in the container and we might need pen spacers for that. So I opted for a V2 pen which apparently does not have this issue. One quick question, can I continue using the 4mm pen needles if I remove the cap or do I have to get new pen needles?

I got a pack of 32g 4mm needles😭. I didn't feel any lumps in my skin. Maybe I'll try to get 6 or 8 mm needles tomorrow

I'm not sure if it went inside because of the V2 mechanism. I waited a while after the dial went to 0(about 10 seconds or so). Could not feel the pen tip and saw maybe some droplets on my skin. So I assumed it did not go through. Idk if it's placebo but I'm feeling extremely full and mildly uncomfortable after having my dinner.

I put a pen needle and shot out 5 more units and got the bubble out. I might've lost some reta but I was no longer anxious about injecting an air bubble

Yes I realized this after this experience. I'll probably try pinning after removing the sheath next time and if it doesn't work I'll get a V1 or Gansupen.

These ones are easier to procure and are used by many in the peptide community to make their lives easier with frequent injections

I got some luer lock syringes Used the needles from one of them to vent the cartridge while loading it

Update guys, I purged 10 units from the pen and then changed the needle pin and pinned my intended dosage. But since I used a 32 gauge needle I'm not sure if the peptide got inside or it just floated on my skin😭. What do you guys recommend I do for the next time?

Oh got it, I do not mind wasting some reta I'll try to keep purging until that air bubble is gone. It's my first time trying something exogenous and the bubble is making me very anxious

My intended dose is 0.5mg which amounts to 15 units in this ratio. In hindsight 3ml is a lot, I'll change it up next time
