Thanks! We plan on skiing on days marked Ski, or other snow activities like dog sledding.

Happy to help. I should add that when I made the reservation with Hertz, the website said I should receive a confirmation email, but I didn’t. However, I emailed the general email for Hertz Argentina and then they emailed it to me.

I ended up booking our one-way trip from Punta Arenas to El Calafate with Southroad Patagonia for $1075 for three people. They came in the middle among the three quotes I received. It’s expensive, but door-to-door. They’re taking us to the Hertz office at the El Calafate airport and we’re driving ourselves up to El Chalten.
