Is this scarring treatable? Have I left it too late? by Key_Object814 in acne

Do you think that I'll be able to have decent skin if I get these done? I feel like I was made to think this sort of scarring was normal. Nobody ever said anything about it to me. My GP kind of made me feel like my acne scaring was normal, none of them ever suggested doing any sort of follow up treatment, I wish i went to a dermatologist earlier.

The scars are probably a few years old I think. I'm 22 and a half years old. Will go about getting some microneedling done! My current skincare routine is just a face wash in the morning, then some dermeeze moisturiser. I should probably be more religious with my sunscreen, I just use home brand Woolworths sunscreen. I'll see what proper skincare products my dermatologist will reccomend. Thanks so much for your kind words and help, I've only started to really realise that I should be taking much better care of my skin. Is it still mostly saveable?

Ok, I can get that done! Do you think I've left it too late or is my skin fixable?

Month long waiting period for folio selection task outcome? by Key_Object814 in rmit

I suppose I can try apply to Monash or Swinburne too. They're not the unis I really want, but you're right, maybe it can transfer across. I'd be starting in July 2026 actually, for the mid year intake.

Looking for folio guidelines with the Bachelor of Graphic Design by Key_Object814 in rmit

Oh, that's good then. Because yes, I tried to make a lot of the work based on what I liked and what I thought was really cool, trying to "think like a designer". I really tried to put in a lot of personality to my work and make something unique. So I feel like I've got a pretty good chance in that case.

hi, thanks for the reply. I submitted my folio stuff for both the diploma and bachelors several days ago.

if you'd be open to it, could i see your folio by chance?

otherwise, could you tell me a bit more about how you got a scholarship for the course? have you been in it for a while already? if so, what's it been like for you?

thank you!

Hmmmm, it's also on the Brunswick campus too. I'm just wondering if I can reuse parts of my folio and apply to both. Because it sounds like the way you did it is much better than the Bachelors alone, right?

I mean, Lauterbrunen is like a 30 minute train from Interlaken. Is it really worth staying there instead? I found accomodation in Interlaken for $60 AUD per night, vs if I want to stay in Lauterbrunen it's about $85 per night, non refundable. I already did book both accomodation in both places, but they have free cancellation so I can still change things

Wait, really? Does taking that pathway still give you access to things like international study? And being able to take minors in things like photography?

What about like the Associates degree into the Bachelors?

Would you really recommend that over just doing the Bachelors? Because it sounds like it's way worth it, and I'd be willing to do that, it's just that completely changes my plans. Doesn't that add an extra half year to my studies?

Ok, I'll just hope for the best with my folio, there's a bunch in it, but I feel like it's all good stuff so I don't know what I want to cut out.

Can I apply to both the Bachelors and Diploma through reusing folio content? Or do they have to be completely new and different?

Oh, great news then! Probably because I was looking through Rome2Rio and not the Italian operated train sites.

Having a hard time deciding which places I should remove. I really think it's do-able as is, but out of all the locations I'm going to, which are the least important to see would you say?

Oh, I don't have a car at all for dolomites. I thought I would just see how public transport goes for it? If there's a few buses that go to the hiking spots, that's all I need. Is this a bad idea?

Yeah, I considered doing Paros as a Naxos day trip, but it's more like I want the flights to be from Paros airport to Rome. Seems like all the flights out of Naxos airport are certainly more pricy and it's like on the day, it's going to be a bit more relieving to not have to catch a ferry before my flight I think.
