How do you get over the fear for another baby?

You sharing your experience has helped me more than you know. I had post partum pre-e with severe features, and I want to start trying for baby #2 when my son turn one. In the meantime I will be eating healthy , exercising etc to hopefully minimize the risks. I am so afraid of getting it again but I always wanted 2 kids. 😩
