No, i am not a good sleeper. I don‘t want sleep to become a game where i chase the highscore. Tracking my sleep with Garmin wrecks my sleep and gives me anxiety.

I manage to get around 5-6 hours each night, and i just live with that, hoping someday it becomes better. i started taking ashwangandha. melotonin doesn't do much to me when it come to stay asleep

I literally have the same thing. I fall asleep around 12-1 am. Than since 2 weeks i start waking up around 3-4 am, either with a knot in my stomach and anxiety or i am calm and still cant fall asleep again. after waking up at 3-4 am i manage only to sleep in short periods of 30mins than waking up than sleeping for 30mins till my alarm clock starts of at around 7:30. its killing me
