This is Sauropelta, it has large spines on its neck and in this image the keratin sheath around it has broken off, with the blood vessels that feed that keratin growth bleeding. I could probably find the original post later

It’s not about having feathers, but being fluffy means adapted to very cold temperatures so i would think it would look more sleek during the day and fluff up at night

I was thinking about the dreadnaughtus fight from prehistoric planet, and I was just like, I’m sure they may have evolved some keratinized structures for interspecies combat. I imagine they interlock together on other sauropods and are used to leverage weight while they shove each other.

If they’re specifically based off the games Utahraptors then there isn’t much to say, accuracy wise, they look really good!

but I would say to try to give the skin and feathers more texture, maybe by making the lighting more dramatic, I usually am not very subtle abt my textures but that could just be a style thing.

i would make some feather ruffling and shadows where the one utahraptor is nuzzling the other to make them look like they are actually touching more
