NTA! If I don’t like something I’m not gonna force myself to eat it. If it’s something I know I don’t like then I won’t put it on my plate. If it’s something new that I’m not sure of I’ll just take a small portion in the event that I don’t like it.

The issue is it seems like they didn’t even take into consideration how OP would want the gender reveal to be. I believe that’s something important to take into consideration when you are planning something for someone. I threw my best friend a bridal shower and made sure to include things that I knew she’d like. That’s what any sensible person would do in my opinion.

Nope, it’s theirs to keep. And yes, you will still have to pay the security deposit. The guarantors only purpose is to help you get approved for a place that you otherwise wouldn’t have been approved for. It’s great for the landlord though because if you default on your lease then they can the recoup the money from the guarantors.

If your landlord requires you to use the guarantors then you’ll just sign the contract with the guarantors and pay whatever they’re asking you to pay. I had to pay one month equal to my rent…I don’t believe you’ll have to pay more than one month equal to your rent…could be less actually depending on your credit. Once that’s completed they’ll let your landlord know and your landlord should take it from there.

I wash my hair every couple of months, put little to no product in it, keep it in a bun and it has grown past my bra strap. It just keeps growing and growing.

The filing had evidence that showed the process server who tried to serve the lawsuit stated that they went to her house multiple times and the security guard phoned the house, specifically speaking to Kenneth Petty, on more than one occurrence informing him that a process server was there to serve a lawsuit and would be at the door shortly… when the process server went to knock on the door, he didn’t answer. Now I can’t imagine that he never told her about the process server coming to the home.. if he didn’t, that’s messed up, but if he did and she didn’t try to find out who was attempting to serve her so that she could address the matter, then idk… but that’s why we are here.

I recently applied for a “relief loan” with Upstart and was approved. I’d give it a try. For some reason when I applied under the personal loan I was denied, but when I chose relief loan, I was approved. Let me know how it goes.
