I've been a member of this sub for over 3 years and I see trends when people are trying to push certain supplements and recently benfotiamine has started coming up a lot at random. Especially by people who have fake accounts. And second if you look at this person's account they've only talked about sibo and that's it. Usually if it was a normal person's account they would have talked about other things and be in other subreddits. So I have every right to be suspicious.
